Limited Product Warranty

SSAV Electronics provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all lighting products from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical component failures under normal usage
  • Functional malfunctions not caused by external damage

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from misuse or negligence
  • Water damage beyond IP rating limits
  • Battery leakage damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact admin@ssavelectroincs.com
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Describe the issue
  4. Submit clear photos or videos

After review, we may:

  • Provide a replacement
  • Issue a partial or full refund
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance

SSAV reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.
